Brandlive is flexible to support you and your clients' workflows, here is some info on commonly asked questions.
Registration is completely customizable. If you want to have comprehensive analytics we recommend collecting personal identifiers like "email address". Otherwise, you can decide if you want registration at all and what information you would like to be collecting from your audience.
When using an outside source for registration, you will run registration as you normally would and then upload the list of registrants to your Brandlive event page. Then when the time comes for your event. Your registrants will enter the same info you collected on the original registration site or they will enter a password that you distributed using the registration platform of your choice. These credentials will be used to give them access to the event.
Brandlive does not collect payment from your audience so if you want a paywall you will have to use a 3rd party registration site and then use a password generator to ensure the event is secure. It will be your responsibility to distribute the password after payment has been received.
There are two main things you can do to ensure the privacy of your event. One you can build the event as private which means it will not show up in search engines only people who have the URL can access the event. Second, you can make your event password protected. It will be your responsibility to distribute the chosen password to your audience. You can read more about event security in this help center article:Event security
Single Sign on is an integration that is available as an add on to any of our packages. This add on can help ensure the security of your private events. For further instructions on how to set it up please refer to this article:SSO Integration.
Audience profiles help you target your outreach to the correct people. This can be based off of how people have interacted with your Brandlive content in the past or you can use custom filters like “Job Title” etc. You can also build audiences that have been blacklisted to ensure your event is only attended by people you want to interact with. Your event page is where your video session will take place. You can read through the whole process of building an event page by following this link:Creating events.
A library page is a collection of event pages and other content that all creates one cohesive lesson, event, etc. Library pages help you organize your content and make it easier for your audience to navigate through multiple video sessions. We recommend keeping it below 10,000, however, for an additional fee we can work with you to host a larger audience.
We will onboard your team. This on-boarding will take place over a few hours online. After this it will be up to your team to train any future clients on the platform. If you would like additional training or support it can be purchased as an add on for an additional fee.
